Our famous hotel is in an elegant Grade 1 listed Georgian Town House which includes a thriving Cellar Bar, Cafe Bar, and a range of function facilities. The hotel occupies a prime location in the centre of York yet being pleasantly set back from the hustle and bustle of York’s most visited retail streets and tourist destinations. Only a few minutes walk from the hotel, we have luxurious self-catering accommodation in two dedicated town houses, just doors apart within a charming early Georgian Terrace, overlooking the river and Clifford’s Tower.
