Car Parking
You may park in the grounds on arrival in order to drop off your luggage and to pick up discounted parking permit and directions to the nearby Marygate Carpark, a pleasant ten minute walk away along the river.

Arrival
Rooms are ready for your arrival from 3pm, but you are more than welcome to check-in earlier and we can securely store your luggage until your room is ready.

Departure
Check-out is by 11am, but we are happy to securely store your luggage so you can make the most of the rest of your day in York.

Pets
We regret we are unable to accept pets at the hotel, except guide dogs.

Booking, deposit, payment and cancellation
Booking is simple. All we need is a few details from you including a valid payment card in order to guarantee the booking, although no payment will be taken prior to your arrival. If you cancel within 48 hours from the 3pm check in, we regret you will still be charged for your stay in full. Any cancellation payments will be taken from the card details provided to guarantee the booking.

We accept all major credit cards.

The hotel is non-smoking but there is a covered area in the courtyard garden to the front of the building where smoking is permitted.
